No more late night slurpee runs for me…

So, apparently it’s not good to eat sugar right before going to bed. I guess it disrupts your body’s production of growth hormones, a lack of which can cause all sorts of hellish nightmares. (Not like actual nightmares, but living, waking, breathing, this-is-actually-happening-to-me nightmares.) Who’da thunk it?
